Antarctic Tern

I recently returned from Antarctica
which was the trip of lifetime. My bird photography was not up to par but I managed to get several images of these near their rookery after some effort. This was my favorite. The Antarctic Tern as you can read, stays south unlike its cousin the Arctic tern which completes a yearly 44,000 to 56,000 mile trip.
See some of the blog notes not attached directly to a page (a limitation of the software). I would need to go much deeper in web design to correct this and I'd rather photograph, digitize old memories and garden.
